Leo Star Sign Cake
For a Leo. He wears a gold Leo round his neck and I was trying to emulate that. Cake is crunchy topped lemon cake, covered in Teddy Bear Brown fondant, dusted with gold lustre dust. Mane is chocolate butter icing. Stars were lemon cake cut with a star cutter and piped with star nozzle in lemon butter icing, then dusted with Disco Gold Sparkle.
