Fall Harvest Basket cake - 1025F
This was a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting(both made from my Grandma Birdie recipes) that I made for a friend's fall themed bridal shower. This is the 2nd fondant covered cake I have ever made, well maybe the third, since the first basket completely exploded about 10 minutes from completion! lol But, I consider it a complete success and I learned a TON!!!
