Sport fishing theme cake. The cakes are layer of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate with vanilla buttercream filling. Cake is covered in fondant. Most decorations are hand modeled from 50/50 gumpaste and fondant. The smaller shells, fish, seahorses are made with a silicone mold.
