Rather than put this in the discussion to which it refers, I thought I would post it in recipes in case it is of use to anyone else.
This is a delicious carrot cake recipe, that comes out more dense than most that I have done. So it is handy for when you want to carve or stack as it will stand the weight. I used it for the bottom tier of Lesley's Fabulous at Fifty cake and it was very well received.
Rather than type it out here, as I know layouts can get distorted, I have done it on a spreadsheet and attached it. There are amounts for a number of tin sizes.
