Learn how to recreate Colette's "Cartier" cake, which was recreated for the windows of Cartier in NYC.
In this 3 day class we will create a 4 tiered dummy cake with a topper and will learn
- draping
- ruffles
- swags
- fantasy flowers
- painting with luster
- pearls, and more.
You will go home with your creation to display proudly!
We will also discuss real cakes and how to construct them, how to run a successful cake business and anything else you have on your mind about the business of cakes. "
