Amphitrite - Wife of Poseidon Back View

Made for the "Under The Sea" sugar art collaboration hosted by the amazing Jennifer Kennedy O'Friel, Amphitrite is made of modeling chocolate and stands 21 inches tall. Her dress is wafer paper and edible gel and powdered colors were used.
