Baking addiction

I'm sure that I could cover bakery shelves with the amount of baking I've been doing lately. I have always loved to bake cakes, cookies, pies, pretty much you name it, I'll bake it!!!  The only problem I have is...I don't have enough people to eat it ):  My confession is I don't eat my treats, I bake them for everyone else to enjoy them...So I give them to my daughters friends, her bf, her bf's family, and to my friends and family (: 

I always recieve tons of compliments and I dream one day of having my own bakery business...I'm thinking about opening up a stand at one of our HUGE farmers markets here in NJ, Just can't think what to sell there...

Thinking maybe some cheesecake bites, Smore filled chocolate chip cookies, and maybe cinnamon roll shooters??? Or Strawberry shortcake Shooters???

Any ideas would be much appreciated (:
