Thanks, Katy and Goreti!  Yes, I spend a good portion of every day looking at and/or (trying to) making beautiful cakes, but it is the down home ones I love to eat.

I love looking at beautifully decorated cakes and always have but there is something so about a cake like this.  This really makes you want to dig in and have a really large slice.  yummmm
