PEACOCK CAKE

THIS WAS DECORATED WITH SUGAR JEWELRY FROM MOLDS I MADE, THE CENTERS OF THE JEWELRY WERE MADE WITH GUMMYGEL A RECIPE CREATED BY BONNIE WILLEY. I REALLY LIKED WORKING WITH IT. THANK YOU BONNIE. THE GUMMYGEL WAS COLORED A SAPPHIRE BLUE AND THE GUMPASTE WAS OLD GOLD LUSTER DUST. THE FONDANT WAS PRE BROUGHT TURQUOISE AND I ADDED MORE COLORS TO MATCH THE BLUE IN THE PEACOCK TOPPERS FEATHERS. BETWEEN THE DIAMOND DESIGNS I PIPED SAPPHIRE BLUE COLORED PIPING GEL DOTS WITH GLITTER . THE PICTURES DID NOT TURN OUT SO GREAT FOR THE COLORING. I FORGOT MY GOOD CAMERA AND HAD TO USE MY CELL PHONE.
