I don't, for the life of me, see how you come up with so many unique, fabulous designs! This is one of my favorites. Fondant and gum paste are fine for exhibition cakes, but if I am going to eat it, I would choose buttercream every time. I would be thrilled to have any one of your beautiful, delicious birthday cakes!
