Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Mike requested a Pineapple Upside Down Cake. I didn't have any slices, so used tidbits. Not as pretty, but just as tasty. Baked in a cast iron skillet.

It was delicious!  Mike, Mama and I all loved it and even sent some to my neighbor.  We did have fresh buttered cornbread with it though - told you I am a Southern girl.  Mike is from California.

I think fresh rolls are an appropriate payment for your good cooking!  I've got the Red Stew in the crock pot :o)
