Dr Seuss-a-palooza! TOPSY14F
This spectacular 3 tiered 1st Birthday cake is a scratch made confetti cake. The 12", 9", 6" tiers are given the topsy turvy look by using the carved method. Each tier is covered in fondant and also decorated with additional fondant pieces. All characters are handmade and 100% edible. One of my favorites!

I think you deserve 1st Place out of all the cakes entered in the contest. Everyone did a good job but I think your cake stood out the most. It's a neat topsy turvy, it's proportionate, it's detailed, it's colorful and appealing to the eye. Overall exceptionally great job!

Thank you all so very much! This was my 2nd ever topsy turvy and it was definitely a lot of work. I had so much fun with it though! I have always been a big Dr. Seuss fan myself so I was excited to do it! :)
