8 in orange cake filled with passion fruit curd (yum) and the frosting was an interesting one since I had trouble w/my cooked frosting. Ended up using vanilla pudding mixed with a little passion fruit curd. It was delicious. Hope you have a wonderful day Betty.

Well, I found it, and it looks quite doable, thanks Goreti. While I was there I also watched them doing chocolate. Did not understand a word of the Italian, but it looked terrific! Got the impression that it required a cold surface, they kept doing it on a metal table, & what appeared to be a marble slab. I could mess my kitchen up enough with that to qualify as a 'Katy' helper! lol
Somehow I missed this. Beautiful work as always Goreti & sounds delicious.
Another pretty Butter cream creation, Love your flowers and they are so pretty
Thanks for the link, Goreti. I do not have this tip, but will be looking for it. By the way, your flowers are better than the one on the video :o)
Tks for the tip Goreti!!
TFS Goreti ;x

I will have to try BETTERCREAM ! LOL
These mums are wonderful Goreti. I love that effect! So all I have to do is use a tip #82, and it is going to magically produce one of these for me??? I should start on the outside, and work my way to the center? Right, like, nothing to it!!??
Thank you Goreti. Love it and your flowers are so pretty just right for this time of year. I need to make a few myself. Love the colors and the cake sounds yummy.XXXOOO to you too.
