No Bonnie... I didn't mean that...It's just that my writing has looked better. I guess I'm being "picky." I tend to criticize my work sometimes.

Thanks Bonnie...no I don't use paper towel, I use plain wax paper and a small off-set spatula.

I agree ..., with everyone!  This one has class.

I am finally getting the hang of smoothing crusted buttercream with the paper towel.  But something tells me this is not the method you use to get such a nice finish!    I will try the triple thingy you have going on the sides, first chance I get.  lol

Thanks Sandra... The tips were #54 for the yellow and I just wanted a touch of pink ( 81) so it doesn't really look like a flower and the centers were just a small writing tip. I just squeezed them out onto the cake.REAL easy.
