A 4 tier wedding cake with Whipped cream icing and fondant roses: Bottom tier is a Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Velvet filling, 2nd tier is Orange Chiffon with Yema filling, 3rd tier is Mocha flavor with Mocha cream filling and top tier is Butter cake with whipped cream filling. The letters were gum paste with edible silver paint decorated with sugar dragees

Thanks everyone!!! The secret is the kind of whipped cream I use and I stabilized it with gelatin. The cake was placed outside where the temperature is about 32'C and it is very airy. Luckily, it stays that way for hours.

Beautiful cake Maria!  I can almost taste those gorgeous swirls.  The little pop of red is perfect.
