I enjoyed seeing your handmade tool. I'm going to make one. I had been wanting to order the square acrylic ones that are so popular to European bakers, but they are so expensive I had not yet talked myself into. Thanks to you, I won't have to now. Would you mind telling me how you got a smooth finish on the side of the tool which comes into contact with the fondant?
