Dancing cake
Here is our third place winning cake for Chocolatefest! This cake is chocolate cake iced and covered with fondant, and modeling chocolate. We used solid milk chocolate for the back and white chocolate for the tall front wall. the gems are made from isomalt (kind of like our pulled sugar). The two figures danced around the cake due to some custom engineering by us, and the dance hall at the top of the stairs was illuminated. Let us know what you think!
