Florida ICED Cake Competition
Don't miss the biggest cake competition in Florida! On Sunday, March 27, 2011 we will launch the first annual Florida ICED Cake Competition in Ocala, FL to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. We've got 3 different competition categories - Romantic Wedding Dress Cakes, Wedding Accessories (sugar art displays), and Decorated Cupcakes & Tasting. All the categories will be divided by skill level so everyone is encouraged to compete!
In addition, we will have great demonstrations by Mercedes Strachwsky, Edna de la Cruz, and Rebecca Sutterby! We'll have a special area where you can sample FREE cake, and a large vendor area. In fact, we are currently seeking interested vendors! The show will also feature amazing raffle prizes where the money will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
