On February 26th, google released a new algorithm update to wipe out garbage content on the internet. While this is great news if you invest the time creating unique content on your site, if your site contains recipes, you're still out of luck.
In step with this new algorithm update, Google released Google recipes. So, now when you search for a recipe in this tab, the results are dominated by allrecipes.com and other big corporate websites. Quite frankly, I don't know why…

If you are entering your cupcakes into the contest, pretty please, label your photo Cupcake Contest. There are already tons of cupcake pictures on this site, so I can't assume that just because you add a cupcake photo that you are entering it into the contest.

Please don't be insulted if you find your cake isn't featured. It's easy to miss one when they are being added so quickly. If your cake is not featured, please let me know. I don't want to leave anyone out.

Hi everyone,
Right now, the site is experiencing some glitches due to an upgrade that took place earlier today. The Chocolate Contest entries are not visible right now. We're working to get this restored as soon as possible.
You can still enter the contest, but we won't be able to feature any more cakes until this is fixed.
