"I always freeze any left over buttercream and reuse them when I need them and they always turn out OK. Try a little bit if you have doubts and see if you like the outcome. I even have some that are over a month old in my freezer at the moment.
I am new to cake decoratinng, does anyone know if it is ok to freeze buttercream I thought if I could freeze it, it would cut down on time, I make cupcakes so if im making lots of differant flavours it takes time. your thoughts on this would be very helpful. thanks guys!
