Wish Upon A Star Tower Topper

Made a little cupcake "riser" out of cake boards cut in half circles to elevate the back cupcakes. Letters are gumpaste tappits painted with gold highlighter mixed with vodka. All the stars are fondant. Cupcakes are WASC with buttercream frosting and Wilton's gold sugar sprinkles.
