Winter Holiday Cake Contest
I call this my Winter Wonderland cake. It was sooo much fun to make. The snow is Royal Icing with white sugar crystals to give the glittery affect. And the penguins are hand molded!

yes ma'am! My mother-in-law has been reading that magazine since it came out. She started teaching me about them and subscribed me to the magazine. I never in a million yrs thought they'd put a newbie in the magazine. I felt honored since I'm nowhere near experienced or capable of competing like everyone else in there :) My hubby framed the magazine for me :)
