Otter Birthday Cake

The conversation goes like this: "I need a cake for a friend." Me: "What would you like on it?" "Oh, anything is fine." Me: "Well, what does she like?" "She likes otters and flowers." Me: "Got it!" When she said otters and flowers all I could think of was an otter "swimming" in a field of pretty flowers. Inside is French Vanilla cake with Marionberry jam filling. Outside is mostly buttercream, although the flowers and otter are fondant.
