Yes they are Sandra, here we love them.  I don´t like to make them for myself, because I know I will eat all of the quesadilla.  It is a traditional cake that goes great with typical food.  It crubles and it melts in your mouth.  It has a cheesy flavor with that goes great with the rice flour and the sugar.
