Three tier cake. First tier vanilla and poppy seed, second tier vainilla, and upper tier chcolate. All of them were cut in two layers filled with cajeta. Covered with vainilla buttercream roses.

Thank you Bonnie, Sandra and Mai.  You should try it Mai I used the wilton´s star tip 1M, start in the middle and then go round.  This was a fun cake to make, I enjoyed it because it was the first time I make an Ombre cake.

Me, too, Mia!  The sweet ladies here tell me it is easy, but they have not seen me with a piping bag in my hands!

Love this cake, Luz!  Your ombre coloration is perfect and so are your rosettes.  The cake board trim is really cool, too.
