Here I used a 8" square cake tin & into the shape 4. Rich dark Chocolate cake, covered completely with chocolate butter cream

I am a real chocolate cake critic, it's taken many years but I now have 3 fail proof chocolate cake receipes. If you can bear with me I will put them on a file & download x

Nicely done Mandy - really neat piping and looks so delicious. What recipe do you use for your chocolate cake? I've tried several over the years and find it's really tricky not to get it too dry or too stodgy (depending on whether you use cocoa or chocolate).
