Thanks Betty, Gali, & Bonnie. Betty, if you're ever able to make it to N.O. I'm sure you would love it. Bonnie, everyone loved the little crawfish dude & fought over who was going to get him...LOL. I kinda wish I would have brought him back home. I miss the little guy :-)

If there is an "over the top" city in the world, Denise, it is New Orleans and I just LOVE it!  .....especially the file' gumbo!

Thanks June. Sandra, actually there's 1 more birthday believe it or not. My mom's birthday is also 9/24 but she's no longer w/us. She passed away in 2000.

I love the little crawfish, too, with his umbrella and the lamp post.  This is really a pretty remarkable cake, Denise!  September was a good month for your family, wasn't it - lol ?
