As you can see, 2 8" torted layers, filled with, and covered in, chocolate marshmallow buttercream. Practicing a little of everything here again, but mainly just to feed my sweet tooth! lol

I don't think I am going to be of much help.  Jordan has always been Lactose intolerant, but has only been on the gluten free diet for about 2 weeks.  I am looking into a potato flour, they must use somethi8ng to make the potato bread.  Bob's Red Mill Has a lot of stuff, need to check pricing, and availability.   Black Bean Flour, Green Pea Flour, TVP (Textured Veg. Protein), GF Cornbread MixGF Pizza Crust Mix,Gluten Free Corn Grits/Polenta.

omg , that's my daughter , gluten free , waiting for her now , that's why I made her macarons yesterday !, she loves them ! and loves buttercream !they taste real good , but not so flat !  I guess after I let them stand I have to flatten them b4 I bake them ?  its only the 2nd time I made them , the almond flower is so pricey ! so I ground my own almonds yesterday , !

Thanks Gail, it WAS!!  And is, I still have some, because there is just Larry & I, and he doesn't eat cake, even for his BD.  And Jordan is here, but not allowed to have it, not on here diet.  She is now also on a gluten free diet.

Got it, Bonnie!  If this has been on the counter for two days, it certainly does hold up better than BC.  For some reason, I never think of Marshmallow Creme.  I will definitely try this.  THANKS!

Hi Goreti!  I just got out of the pool, water was 87, perfect!  Now I am having a piece for my afternoon snack.  If the kids can have one, I can too!  Afternoon snack, that is! lol  It all just blends together, and melts in the mouth.  And it doesn't taste 'rich', so I don't even have to feel guilty!  SOOOO easy to eat, yummmm...

This cake has been sitting on the counter for 2 days in 90 degree weather, and the sides don't even pretend to want to run, melt, whatever you want to call it.

looks divine - I do like a cake with lots of layers!  I'm thinking I might get some of this MM fluff stuff and give it a go.  Never have, but I keep seeing things about it, now that I come across so many people from the US!
