Animal cake contest - 1130F
French vanilla cake covered in fondant. I used a sand impression sheet to give his skin a rough scaly look and airbrushed his coloring and markings. The sand was graham crumbs.

It looks real, to the point you wouldn't want to eat him/her... Very clever and the sand impression sheet worked well!
