Heather's wedding cake 005

I never know how much to charge. I charged only $100.00 for this one, but I think I could have gotten 175.00 maybe. What do you guys think?

Multiply that by 3 and that is roughly how much you should have charged. At the end of the day, did you make money? Did you enjoy doing it? Is this a business or a hobby? If it's a hobby and you came out of it with a little profit, then fine. If it's a business and you only made a little, then you probably won't last long.

I always suggest checking with several bakeries where you live...brick & mortar shops and online. I created a separate email to send out enquiries for cake prices. Then you get an idea of what you can charge for your particular cake design.
I live in a upscale community in a well heeled city. I'm certainly not well heeled...but because of where I live...for your cake with all those gumpaste flowers I could have charged easily $300-350.
