I never know how much to charge. I charged only $100.00 for this one, but I think I could have gotten 175.00 maybe. What do you guys think?

It's a beautiful cake.  Have you worked out your costs - ingredients, gas/electric, your time?  Multiply that by 3 and that is roughly how much you should have charged.  At the end of the day, did you make money?  Did you enjoy doing it?  Is this a business or a hobby?  If it's a hobby and you came out of it with a little profit, then fine.  If it's a business and you only made a little, then you probably won't last long.

Depends on where you live Sue. Big city, small city or rural. You can only charge what your market can bear. I always suggest checking with several bakeries where you live...brick & mortar shops and online. I created a separate email to send out enquiries for cake prices. Then you get an idea of what you can charge for your particular cake design.
I live in a upscale community in a well heeled city. I'm certainly not well heeled...but because of where I live...for your cake with all those gumpaste flowers I could have charged easily $300-350.

Beautiful, Sue!  I have no idea about pricing because I have never sold a cake.  I would think it has a lot to do with your location.
