Gum Paste Hydrangea
My first hydrangea - Made for Show-and-Tell at the next Cake Club, Nashville meeting. Patsy demonstrated how to make the hydrangea at the last meeting and we are supposed to bring in our effort for the next meeting.

Again, Gali, thank you! I am planning to take every cake fixer upper I own! Since I break m os everything I make, I am become expert at repairs :o)

Thanks, Gali! The competition doesn't bother me at all, but the transporting does. I had intended to hold the birds on the trip to the fair, but Mike is having trouble with one of his eyes so it looks like I will have to drive. I know he is perfectly capable of holding them, but.......
