Yes Betty, this time! lol  You should see some of the things he has come up with in the past!  Mind boggling!!  Even he did not want to be the first to try some of them... lol  His favorite thing to add used to be corn starch, of all things! lol

He did ALL of it, I just made suggestions as to the order in which to add it to the pan.  lol

First he grabbed the bag of BBQ chips, then I suggested something not quite so 'hot'... lol  And he agreed.  It was actually quite tasty!  But he only let me have a little bit out of one corner.  Hope they ate the rest & didn't just toss it out! lol

Bonnie, this actually looks good!  I bet the potato chips on top were an awesome combination with the sweet chocolate, caramel and marshmallow

Here is his recipe!  He even named it! lol  After we finished, I typed it up to send to his Mom.  I had some & it was really good, chips & all!

Ethan's Chocolate Souffle

   1 package Cinnamon Graham Crackers
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 box Chocolate Pudding Mix - Instant
   2 cups cold milk
   1 container Whipped Cream
3-4 large Marshmallows, or 1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 handful Potato Chips - Plain
      Caramel Sauce

1. Grease square pan with butter.

2. Crush graham crackers and mix with butter until they stick together, then press into bottom of pan to cover.

3. Sprinkle brown sugar over graham cracker mixture.

4. Mix 1 box of instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk, whip with whisk 2 minutes, in fridge for 3-5 minutes to firm a little, then fold in the whipped cream.  Pour into tin, spread to edges evenly.

5. Cut large marshmallows into 3rds with scissors, or using mini-marshmallows, spread evenly over top of pudding mix.

6. Lightly crush the chips by hand, then sprinkle over the mix in the pan.

7. Drizzle some of the caramel sauce over all.

8. In fridge to firm up for 30 minutes, ready to serve.  Can serve with more whipped cream over top.
