Eiffel Tower
My first attempt at a stand up cake! I think I may have to rename it - The Leaning Tower of Eiffel! My grandson is off to study at university in Paris for a year and it's his 21st just before he goes, so this seemed appropriate.

I'm sure it was stressful. I don't think I would know where to begin with a cake that has all that detail.
