Debutante Ball Cake

This is a cake I was asked to cover and decorate with 1 week notice. Only brief was blue and silver. Fruit cake 9inch. Quota is a womens service club which raises money for various causes.
I made open roses, mini marigolds, baby blue eyes. Royal blue ribbon at back. Not a great photo, but it looked very pretty and elegant and they were really happy with the result.
