I have so much wafer paper .. I need to use .. but I don't think I will ever use it up . I also have wafer paper from about 18 yr's ago .. and its still good . so I will finish that than go on to the 100 other sheets I have .. lol . yup I crazy ..

I agree, the wafer paper is entirely too fiddley (I love that word) for my taste.

June, I have never used the coffee filters at all and only had one piece of wafer paper left over from a demonstration given at the Nashville Cake Club.  You guys have done some beautiful work with the coffee filters.  Since Mike is a coffee drinker, we always have them available.  Think I will raid his stash and give it a try :o)

Think I'd cheat and use coffee filter paper....cheaper and think I could get the same results.....
