Hi Mandy, I am pleased you like the cookies, the recipe is a Peggy Porschen one I found on Google, just type in Peggy Porschens basic sugar cookie recipe and you will find loads. One batch makes quite a lot of cookies. You do cut them out before baking but you have to put them in fridge for half an hour before baking to firm them a bit.
