White cat with spots
I made this cake for my sister, she is a cat lover. The body of the cat is chocolate cake, the head is vainilla-almond cake, frosted with italian meringue with a little bit of caramel and chocolate, as well as the tail. The collar is made with butter cream. Ears, eyes, nose, mouth and whiskers are made with gumpaste.

Thanks Goreti and Katy, that meringue is a family tradition, my grandmother learned it form her aunt, and since then the family has been making it, it is a little bit different from the Italian but kind of the same.
