BLACK FOREST GATEAU
Chocolate sponge with cherry and cream filling, piped with double cream and decorated with fondant cherries. Guests for the weekend, so this is dessert! (hope there'll be some leftover for just us)

Thanks all - it was pretty nice. We had all eaten so much that none of us really had room for dessert, but all had to have it anyway because it was there. Some roly polys went to bed last night, I can tell you.
