Betty, you are the only person I know, that regularly, decorates the sides of their cakes, and always in a different & unique way.  I just love it, ALL of it!

ha - now that's a coincidence.  I just made a raspberry jam bc this afternoon.  Tastes gorgeous!  I used a good quality preserve jam.........

Thanks Katy,Sandra,Goreti...Katy sometimes I fill if customer wants it done, not often. For some reason most of my customers don't like preserves/jams in their cakes they prefer BC. I do make a strawberry, or raspberry BC, & blackberry BC. The raspberry is the most popular.

Stunning cake Betty.  Tell me - do you just fill your cakes with buttercream?  Never any preserves or jams or anything?

This is so beautiful, Betty!  Every time I see one of your cakes it makes me again want to try smoothing buttercream and piping, then I remember how hard it is and how much mess it makes and I just collapse under the lazies.
