Birthday Cake for a Pastor

Bottom layer was to be carrot cake, but too moist and wouldn't hold up. Made it twice! Finally went with strawberry...which put me WAY behind. I had 5 hours to frost and decorate the entire cake....almost didn't make it in time! As I drove home, I realized I didn't get the leaves on!!! Not one person noticed - but I did!
