Beach cake - TAG 831
Gumpaste seashells, royal icing coral and brown sugar mixed with organic sugar for the sand.
This cake was inspired by Shirley Wilson's beautiful beach themed cakes.

Thanks so much, Les. This was my very first try at using gum paste. I had so much fun making the seashells and learned a lot, too.
