All elements of the cake (minus the trim of course) are edible. The cake flavors were vanilla and chocolate cake layers with buttercream frosting for the shopping bag, marbled vanilla and chocolate cake with chocolate bavarian filling for the purple present and white vanilla cake with raspberry filling for the pink present cake. The makeup, iPod and small shopping bags are made of fondant and the silver bracelet is made of gumpaste.
