I am with the guild(Cape Town branch)but i need to keep busy at least once a week coz i teach twice a week and need to get out a little,thanx Carissa:)

Why don't u join the south african cake decorators guild? They have branches in every region, monthly meetings, workshops, competitions and events. www.sacdg.webs.com

Oooooohhhhh I would LOVE to go but eish (south africanism for "oh boy"!) at R5500.00 plus my air fare plus my accommodation/rental car, it is rather too much for this baker to contemplate!  Unless of course I manage to win the lotto ..... then of course I would sponsor the whole trip and let all happy south african bakers come along for free :-)

Kariema, they will only be in Johannesburg and Pretoria and at a cost of almost R5.500 per lesson, I know I won't be signing up.! :(
