Hi Everyone,

I'm opening a cake studio and supply store April 2nd in North Hampton, NH. I'm looking to start a Cake Club that will meet every other month starting April 6! Looking for decorators that want to share tips with others and demo ideas etc. If you are interested let me know! I'm also looking for people that are not currently ICES members that want to join ICES in an effort to get the NH chapter going again. If you are interested in that as well, please email me!

Happy caking!

Michele

The Massachusetts Chapter of ICES is pleased to invite everyone to come to our annual amazing summer blow out June Day of Sharing and weekend classes featuring SIX! great hands on class offerings from Kathleen Lange and Susan Carberry. These ladies will be joining us all the way from California to offer a wide assortment of classes for all skill levels.
Our June DOS will be our biggest of the year with demos, vendors, giveaways, our 3rd annual Live Timed Cake Challenge, a 50/50 raffle, and a special raffle for a brand new Agbay Cake Leveler worth over $250!  We welcome everyone and hope you can come.
Kathleen will also be teaching her amazing Lambeth Boothcamp classes 101 and 201 From June 27-30th. These classes have never been offered on the East Coast. Hello, all!  I just joined New England Cakers.  Currently I am in South Carolina and a member of South Carolina Cakers....BUT my husband is from MA and we are thinking of moving back.  My home-based cake business, Simply Cakes....and More will be moving with us.  I look forward to a happy relocation and know we'll have a lot of fun.  Like Laurie Russo, I too wish to expand or evolve into 'adult' cupcakes....you know, elegant and not your 'birthday party' type.
