Hi Sandra ... I do still buy from you occasionally! My husband was in NZ a few months back and I ordered a couple of molds from you (the dragonfly and some koru hearts). Have to use a friends address in NZ now, as we've moved across the ditch at low tide, to Perth!

Hi Ingrid Welcome!. I am sure you used to buy things from me on Trademe (kiwicakes/bejewelled). Where are you now?

Hi girls! I spent 12 years in NZ making cakes, and was a member of the Hamilton cake club. Left about a year ago, but still have lots of contacts there, and am still an avid trademe buyer, especially of cake decorating stuff!!

it's trickier to use than fondant, it dries quite hard (it's only chocolate & corn syrup), if you overwork it, it gets really sticky, in which case, I just put that bit down and pick up another bit. Here is a link to a cake I did I used it for the ribbon roses.

I also have used white to chocolate to do the exact same thing

That style of cake is one of my quick fall back cakes.

Could you please give me your email, so I can send through the recipe.
