Knightsbridge-PME organise three live competitions at the International Cake Decorating show at the NEC each November : the PME Cupcake Challenge, Student of the Year and Cake Decorator of the Year. Each competition is a live event and each finalist has to re-create their entry within a specific time frame. There are amazing prizes valued at over £2,000 and the chance to be part of one of the most popular events at the cake show. See the winners for 2010 and why not enter for 2011? Theresa - you can refer them to my website (www.ohsodifferentcakes.biz) - I am in close to both the midlands and Reading.... not sure I like the idea of pigeons on a cake (I hate the damn things).... hope this helps, Gary xxx

I actually have someone else who wants a price on a cake with pigeons (she didn't specify size) and she's in Midlands. Geography is not my forte, so raise your hand if you're interested.
