Comment by Bunny Flowers on September 5, 2012 at 8:19pm Hi all, just saying hello. I've not been able to bake for a long time - had a scary gas leak back in January and not wanted to deal w/the gas stove in my apartment since. I'm glad everyone's keeping the group going in my absence and I hope soon to be back to baking and decorating! :)
Comment by Rima on June 3, 2012 at 11:59am Welcome. I'm not sure I understand your question. Your cake has rough texture, or your icing has rough texture? by rough, do you mean it's not smooth?

Comment by Rima on March 14, 2011 at 7:21pm Just make sure you stop the pressure on the bag before you pull away. Here is a super detailed tutorial. I ty[ically end up with the petal a little higher than desired too. A cornstarched finger or damp paint brush will fix that right up.
I have a problem with drop flowers, they just don't drop properly.........any advise would be very helpful. I was trying to go for easy with drop flowers but they just will not co-operate.
