It's taste good. It is not like wilton's fondant. There is a place in hickory hills called delicoius and one on 99th going east. I have to look up the address. There are tricks to every fondant to make it work for you.

I was asked to do a cake for a book signing.I'm going to do a edible image of the front of the book on a cake shaped as a open book and, gum paste roses on the outer side. All on top of a sheet cake. I'm excited!

Morning ChicagoLand decorators!
