Cake and Sugar Cookie Booklet Suggestions

As an author, I'm interested in what cake decorators/sugar cookie decorators want to learn. Please let me know any suggestions you have, and if they're turned into a book or booklet, you'll get a free autographed copy/mention in it.

Two major topics of inquiry I constantly hear about are:
1) How long can things stay fresh/good for. I think that authors of ALL recipes (icings included) need to start including this info in thier recipes; and
2) Packaging & shipping techniques/methods. People are now shipping big time and everyone is doing it by trial and error. A one-stop-shop guide would be great on how to do it, do it professionally and do it right - the first time.

I think both cake decorators and cookie decorators are always looking for tips on how to have their baked goods turn out better so that may be a good section to have. Also, how to store and ship cookies and time lines for getting large numbers of cookies decorated or large cakes completed. Also, suppliers of cake and cookie boxes, containers for cookie bouquets, etc.
