Hi Elicia,

Just wanted to say what a wonderful idea this group is...I love the whole cake decorating concept but am a little discouraged as I dont have many people to practice on...I'm thinking once I get more experience I could volunteer for something like this...Wonderful, wonderful idea...

Heather, I had no experience at all when I started this. My first cake was not very good, as well as the next few. It doesn't take long to get the hang of it if you really love it. Don't let lack of experience discourage you, it's a free cake!
